How long does shipping take? 

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing due to the ongoing incoming orders, holidays and Covid-19 restrictions delays. 

 How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking number. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS/UPS) and they will have the most current information regarding your package.
Please Note: 
A photo and video is taken during our packaging & shipping to prevent any unlawful and or misrepresentation of our products. Jewelz Allure is not responsible for lost and or stolen packages.

Where is my tracking number? 

Please check your email inbox or junk mail for tracking numbers.

I would like to cancel my order.
We aim to fulfill customer orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've placed, please email us at jewelzallure@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

How long until I receive my Waist Trimmer order? 

Waist Trimmers in stock earliest processing is 1-3 days. Pre-orders items ship process when the items arrive to us. Once orders are processed they will be shipped.

How long does it take for CHIC BUNDLES to ship?
 
Jewelz Allure CHIC hair is amazing quality. Individual donors is the reason we only carry two textures and one origin.Chic Human Hair bundles can last up to 2-3 years with proper hair care only. Maintain it and it will keep its luster.

All hair will be sent out after your payment is processed, which will take about 3-7 days. Shopify monitors hair orders carefully. We want to ensure that all is under control and this payment is authorized. All our bundles are fully examined and heat tested prior to delivery.
