Our Policy

 

There are no refunds. Store credit only.

 


* You have 7 days after you receive your item (s) to be eligible for a return. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Waist Trimmers and intimate area items cannot be returned and or exchange due to health and hygiene reasons. Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. All Bodysuits, Swimwear, Hair, Lashes, Holiday sale, Flash sale, and Sale items are FINAL SALE.

* Accessories such as jewelry can be exchanged for correct sizing. Must sealed item completely and return within 7 business days. 

* All sales are FINAL. Please be sure you are certain about your purchase. 

* Refunds are only given to packages that are ordered during pre-order with long delay periods.

*Pre-Order Trimmers will ship within 10 business days.

* Customers can send an email or leave a note in  their order if they want a signature parcel to avoid anyone from taking their packages near their home. 

* To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase. Can be emailed. 


* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product (s).


* If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


* Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. Please return it in the way you received with original packaging. Shortly after, you will receive a gift card via email if your item (s) have been approved. If your order is denied we will notify you as well.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied on a gift card within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jewelzallure@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jewelzallure@gmail.com
